Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the DrostProject website, (hereinafter – DrostProject) located on the domain name (as well as its subdomains), may obtain about the User during the use of the website (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

  • “Site Administration” (hereinafter – Administration) – authorized employees for the management of the DrostProject website, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

  • “DrostProject Website” is a set of interconnected web pages placed in the Internet at a unique address (URL): , as well as its sub-domains;
  • “Sub-domains” are pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the DrostProject website, as well as other temporary pages with the Administration’s contact information at the bottom of the page;
  • “User of the DrostProject website” (hereinafter referred to as “User”) – a person who has access to the DrostProject website via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the DrostProject website;
  • “Cookies” – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding website;
  • “IP address” – the unique network address of the node in a computer network through which the User accesses DrostProject.

General Provisions

2.1 The use of the DrostProject website by the User means that the User agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User’s personal data.

2.2 In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the DrostProject website.

3.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration’s obligation not to disclose and to ensure the protection of confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Administration when registering on the DrostProject website or subscribing to e-mail newsletters.

4.1 The Administration may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

5.4 The Administration together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1 The User has the right:

  • Make a free decision to provide their personal data necessary for the use of the DrostProject website and consent to their processing;
  • Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

6.2 The Administration is obliged to:

  • Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy;
  • Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover;
  • Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User’s application or request, or his/her legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.

Dispute resolution

8.1 Before filing a claim with the court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or an offer in electronic form for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2 The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, in writing or electronically notify the claimant of the results of the claim.

Additional terms and conditions

9.1 The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the DrostProject website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
